Warranty
The WaveWear branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

If the product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

Where allowed by law, the WaveWear Warranty does not apply to purchases from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.
Your WaveWear products are supported with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers seams and logos.
Warranty becomes void if you have not followed the care instructions written on the label.

WaveWear is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages for any reason including damage resulting from a breach of a warranty or condition such as excessive friction (caused by wearing Velcro waist bag), holes in the fabric caused by accidents such as unexpected falls and sharp objects like marathon bib pins.

WaveWear warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, but it does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your WaveWear product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered under the warranty include colors fading, abrasions on the inside of tights from rubbing when you run/walk and general breakdown of the materials over the year.

Proof of purchase is required. Please ensure that you include all information as requested.
Product that is covered by warranty must have a return authorization number before being returned.
Our Customer Service Representative will provide our Return Address via email.
All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured at the customer expense. WaveWear will not be liable for lost in-bound packages.
Our policy requires that products accepted for warranty assessment be clean.

Submit Return Request
WaveWear will not accept a warranty return without a return authorization number.

To receive a return number, please fill in & submit the below online form. Proof of purchase from an authorized WaveWear retail partner is required. Please ensure you include the below information in the Comments section and upload images of the damage/fault.
